These two projects are currently managed by Resolution Professional Navneet Kumar Gupta.
The Serene Residency Group Housing Project at Sector ETA-II, Greater Noida is also being managed by Navneet Kumar Gupta. Its Resolution Plan was approved by the NCLT New Delhi Bench II on October 06, 2025.
The Fernhill Project at Gurgaon, Haryana is being handled separately under Resolution Professional Jalesh Kumar Grover.
What The Numbers Say
The total financial indebtedness of the company, including both short-term and long-term debt, stands at ₹183.37 crore. Against this, the default alone on the loan principal is ₹94.32 crore, which is more than half of the total debt.
The fact that unlisted debt securities show nil outstanding means the default burden is entirely on bank loans and revolving credit facilities such as cash credit.
